Mission
To support University of Michigan student-athletes as they discover, prepare for, and transition to their lives after graduation.
About M-PACT
The Michigan Professional and Career Transition (M-PACT) Program helps University of Michigan student-athletes discover, prepare for, and transition to their lives after graduation. With a multi-dimensional approach, M-PACT customizes its services to match the specific needs of student-athletes. Through M-PACT, student-athletes are able to discover who they are (beliefs, values, interests, passions), connect who they are with a greater purpose (community, mission, career), and pursue their opportunities with self-directed confidence to create viable options aligned with their personal strengths. The M-PACT Program has two distinct areas of focus: professional development and career preparation. Both areas of focus emphasize personal growth and discovery.
Ultimately, M-PACT is a difference maker. The University of Michigan will greatly increase its attractiveness to the best and the brightest by servicing student-athletes' number one priority aside from academic and athletic support; pursuing a career path after graduation.
