Going to the Game

Are seat cushions allowed in Michigan Stadium?
Foam seat pads and small non-pocket seat cushions without zippers or storage slots are permitted inside Michigan Stadium. Seat cushions containing any type of metal or those with pockets, zippers, storage slots, seat backs, arm rests, or attachments of any kind are prohibited inside Michigan Stadium. Tickets

Where is Will Call located and what time does it open?
The General Public and Premium Seating Will Call locations open 2.5 hours prior to kickoff; Media/Photographer Will Call opens 3 hours prior to kickoff; Student Will Call opens 4 hours prior to kickoff. All will remain open until the start of the 3rd quarter.

General Public - Crisler Center (NE Entry) off Blue Lot
Premium Seating - Forbes Family Lobby (East Tower), Ross Tower Lobby (West Tower)
Media - Levine Tower Lobby (SW Entry)
Photographer/Videographer - Near football tunnel
Students - Gate 9 on north end of stadium

Does a baby/child need a ticket?
Michigan follows the Big Ten policy of requiring a ticket for everyone regardless of age including infants being carried and/or in back or front packs.
How can I exchange my tickets for accessible seating?
The Michigan Athletic Department invites Wolverine fans needing wheelchair accessible seating to join the Michigan football season ticket holder family on Saturday afternoons in the Big House! Check out our Michigan Stadium Wheelchair Accessible Seating guide for more information.

Lost Items

I lost something on game day and need help finding it!
Found items can be given to a Michigan Stadium Event Team Member, a Police Officer or taken to Guest Services at Gate 9. Anyone wishing to inquire about a lost item may do so at Gate 9 Guest Services.

Items of value (keys, cameras, wallets, IDs, cell phones, etc.) are collected postgame and taken to the University of Michigan Police Department. Persons who have these types of lost articles may email the UMPD at lost-and-found@police.umich.edu. For less valuable items (M-Cards, glasses, hats, gloves, etc.), please email guestservices@umich.edu. These items will be kept for a week and then discarded.
