Cliff Keen Arena Information Guide for Volleyball
A full service concession stand is available just off the lobby at Cliff Keen Arena. Concession services are managed by Sodexo, Inc.
Guests are not permitted to leave Cliff Keen Arena and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to Cliff Keen Arena will be allowed only in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit Cliff Keen Arena for this purpose must see a Cliff Keen Arena event team member prior to exiting.
Guests using foul language, making obscene gestures, or appearing inebriated will be ejected from Cliff Keen Arena. Any guest entering the court area or throwing objects in the stands or onto the court are subject to a citation and/or ejection. Fan's season tickets may be subject to termination if they or the persons holding their ticket are found to be the cause of these problems. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment during the meet, please contact a Cliff Keen Arena event team member for assistance.
Parking is available in the Athletic Lot, and can be accessed from State Street and Hoover Street. Overflow parking is available at the Red Lot south of the Field Hockey Complex (exception to this is when there are home football, ice hockey games) and the Crisler Lot SC-4, off Greene Street and Kipke Drive is available to park after 5 p.m. on week nights and weekends (exception to this is when there are home football or men's basketball games).
Official souvenir programs are available (while supplies last) in the Cliff Keen Arena main lobby.
Guests are reminded that signs, conduct, or attire that is deemed offensive or inappropriate by an event team member will not be allowed in Cliff Keen Arena.
The following items are prohibited at volleyball games:
• Containers of any kind (including coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks)
• Aerosol and Spray Cans
• Flags with Flagpoles
• Alcoholic Beverages
• Camcorders and Tripods
• Irritants (i.e., noisemakers, air horns, etc.)
• Food of any kind
• Apparel or signage displaying profane or abusive language
• Camera lenses larger than 6-inches in length
• Dogs and other pets (service animals for disabled are allowed)
• Seat cushions with seat backs, arm rests or attachments of any kind
The University of Michigan is a smoke-free campus. For the health and enjoyment of our guests, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the arena or on arena grounds. In addition, guests wanting to leave and smoke may not re-enter the arena. It is the responsibility of all guests to observe the no-smoking regulation.
Cliff Keen Arena gates will be open one hour prior to game time.
