Maloney, Plocki to Appear on Inside Michigan Athletics Show Monday Night

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- IMG College's Michigan Sports Marketing has announced that University of Michigan head baseball coach Rich Maloney and head women's gymnastics coach Bev Plocki will be featured on the Michigan Athletics Coaches' Show live on Monday (Feb. 20) from 7-8 p.m. at Pizza House in Ann Arbor. The show will be carried on WTKA 1050 AM (Ann Arbor) and WXYT 1270 AM (Detroit). Maloney and Plocki will fill in for Michigan men's basketball head coach John Beilein as the Wolverines will be traveling to Northwestern for their Tuesday game. Plocki will go on from 7-7:30 p.m. and Maloney will follow from 7:30-8 p.m.

Doug Karsch will host the show as he and Maloney will talk about the start of the 2012 season and the first three games of the year at the Big Ten/Big East Challenge, where the Wolverines went 2-1 with wins over Seton Hall and West Virginia.

Plocki, whose team sports a 6-2 overall and 3-1 conference record in 2012, will be joined by sophomore gymnast Shelby Gies (Pennington, N.J./Hopewell Valley Central).
