Enos Promoted to Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Sixteen U-M Student-Athletes Named NSCA Athletes of the Year
Emily Enos was promoted to assistant strength and conditioning coach for Olympic Sports in August 2012 after joining the staff as a graduate assistant in October 2010. She is responsible for the design and implementation of the women's water polo, men's and women's diving, and women's lacrosse strength and conditioning programs.
Prior to the graduate assistant position, Enos completed an internship at the University of Michigan, where she assisted with the men's and women's basketball and golf programs.
Enos completed her M.S. in exercise physiology at Eastern Michigan University. She received her B.S. in movement science from the University of Michigan School of Kinesiology. She is currently certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting as a Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Additionally, she is certified in Kettlebell, Olympic Weightlifting, and Nutrition through CrossFit.
Originally from San Clemente, Calif., Enos resides in Ann Arbor.
