Lydia Benitez Colon's career-best, three-under-par 69 in the third round helped U-M move into a tie for fifth after three rounds of the Big Ten Championships.
Paced by the play of Min Yean Tan (t-7th, 149) and Ashley Bauer (t-12th, 150), the Wolverines sit in sixth place with a 612 total after the first day of the Big Ten Championships.
Led by a combined 41 honorees from track and field, Michigan had 90 student-athletes from 10 varsity teams named to the spring Academic All-Big Ten squad.
