ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- University of Michigan women's gymnastics head coach Bev Plocki announced on Wednesday (Nov. 8) that four student-athletes have signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of Michigan.
The individuals who will make up Michigan's 2017 signing class are Abby Brenner (Lewisville, Texas), Abby Heiskell (Waxhaw, North Carolina), Maddie Mariani (Tucson, Arizona) and Natalie Wojcik (Douglassville, Pennsylvania).
"We are very excited about this year's signing class," said Plocki. "They are eager and hungry to come in and make a huge impact. Each one of them is strong in all four events and have been consistently successful all throughout their careers. We haven't had this much depth in a class in a long time. They have also known each other for a long time and have developed an incredible bond as a class. There is a healthy expectation that they are going to do big things."
