NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED.

SPONSOR: The "Tim Hortons Coffee with the Coach" (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Tim Hortons (the "Sponsor"). Michigan IMG Sports Marketing, University of Michigan, and the University of Michigan Athletic Department are not sponsors.

ADMINISTRATOR: Michigan IMG Sports Marketing, 39555 Orchard Hill Place #245, Novi, MI 48375 ("IMG College and/or Administrator").

1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The "Tim Hortons Coffee with the Coach" sweepstakes is open to all residents of the United States of America. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on October 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM, March 16, 2013. All eligible entries must be received on or before 11:59:59 PM, March 16, 2013. ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America and are sixteen (16) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, and their immediate families (spouses and siblings, parents and children and their spouses) and household members of Tim Hortons/Sponsor, IMG College/Administrator, University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Athletic Department and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies ("Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Noncompliance with the Official Rules will result in disqualification and the forfeiture of any prize.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Complete an electronic Entry Form by visiting MGoBlue.com. Click on Tim Hortons' 180"x150" pixel tile ad featured on the bottom of MGoBlue.com. On the entry form you must provide your complete name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime and nighttime telephone number, email address, and you must confirm that you have read and agree to the Official Rules. You must also submit a question that you would like answered on the "Inside Michigan Football" TV Coach's Show (October 1 - November 28, 2012) and "Inside Michigan Basketball" TV Coach's Show (December 9, 2012 - March 1, 2013). All entries must be received by March 16, 2013. Limit of one entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries that are incomplete or corrupted are void. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, illegible or damaged entries. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): Twenty (20) winners will be selected. One (1) winner will be selected each week (October 3, 2012 - March 12, 2013). Their question will be featured on either the "Inside Michigan Football" or "Inside Michigan Basketball" TV Coach's Show. Each winner will also receive a prize pack compliments of Tim Hortons including: one (1) $10 Tim Hortons' Gift Card, one (1) co-branded Michigan/ Tim Hortons coffee mug, and one (1) co-branded Michigan/Tim Hortons cinch bag (ARV $20). Winners will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual prize costs are less than the ARV indicated in these Official Rules. All specifics are within the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners may not transfer, exchange or redeem any Prizes for cash. No substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with another prize of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes and all portions of a prize are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION: SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: All twenty (20) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (one (1) winner will be chosen each week). The potential selected winner will be notified within four (4) days of selection by email, phone, or other electronic means. If a Sweepstakes representative is unable to contact the selected entrant within two (2) days of their selection that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate entrant will be selected. All decisions of the Sponsor shall be binding and final. If the entrant fails to comply with these Official Rules, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another eligible entrant will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of the alternate Sweepstakes entrant(s), if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, home town, likeness, photograph, statements and other personally identifiable information for advertising and marketing of the Sponsor's products, services and consumer promotions in any media or medium, whether in print or electronic form, and whether now known or hereafter becomes known, throughout the world without additional prize, incentive, consideration, consent or review; and upon request, winner will provide written consent to such use.

7. RELEASE AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, Administrator, Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for 1) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials or any human errors; 2) for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission or processing of, or failure of Sponsor, Administrator, Sweepstakes Entities or agents to receive entry information on account of technical or any combination thereof; 3) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's person or property resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; 4) entries that are late, lost, misdirected, illegible, damaged, or otherwise deficient. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes in its entirety, or any portion thereof if its integrity, fairness or proper operation is undermined, or corrupted as a result of technical or other reasons or because of any illegal or non-authorized intervention or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. In that event, Sponsor may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to such modification or cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO COOPERATE IN THE PROSECUTION OF ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL(S) AND TO PURSUE ALL REMEDIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering, participants (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Administrator, and Sweepstakes Entities which shall be without legal or other recourse and final in all respects; (b) release Sponsor, Administrator, and Sweepstakes Entities and their respective divisions, dealers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, agents and employees from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation, including the unauthorized or illegal access to personally identifiable or sensitive information or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and (c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize. By accepting a Prize, the winner understands that his/her question will be read on television.

8. PRIVACY: Unless prohibited by law, information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes may be shared with Sponsor's promotional partners if and to the extent entrants agree at the time of entry, and in such event, the use of such information by such promotional partners will be used in accordance with such partners' respective privacy policies.

9. Disputes: Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Wayne County, Michigan, USA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than State of Michigan, USA. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorney's fees.

10. SWEEPSTAKES RESULTS AND OFFICIAL RULES: A list of the winner(s) will be available after the winner has been verified and the prizes have been awarded.
