An in-depth preview of the 2015 squad, which is led by third-year coach Erik Bakich. The season kicks off Friday, Feb. 13, at Long Beach State.

Junior (2016)
• Drafted by the Houston Astros in the 4th Round of the 2016 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft
• All-Big Ten Conference second team selection
• Appeared in 15 games, making 14 starts
• Held opponents to a .190 average, tallying seven wins
• Ranks sixth all-time with a .309 career ERA
• Led Michigan pitchers with 100 strikeouts on the season, which ranks fifth all-time at Michigan for a single season
• Ranks fifth all-time among Michigan pitchers with a career 256 strikeouts
• Did not allow a home run through his first 63.1 innings pitched
• Tossed a seven-inning complete game shutout against UIC (Mar. 26), striking out seven batters and allowing just four hits
• Struck out a career-high 12 batters in a no-decision at Hawaii (Mar. 11)
