Carmen Benedetti weighs in on finding his grove through offseason preparation, becoming a true all-around threat, and explains how a simple game of catch with coach Erik Bakich earned him a spot in the pitching rotation.

Junior (2016)
• Scored a season-high four runs in a 19-3 victory over Eastern Michigan (Apr. 13)
• Scored the game-winning run in a nine inning walkoff against UIC (Mar. 27)
