Fifth-Year Senior (2012)... Co-Captain ... Earned Michigan's Sportsmanship Award by the Big Ten ... Made his first appearance in the Ohio State game (March 2), allowing two unearned runs in a third on an inning ... Struck out a batter in an inning of work at LSU (March 10) ... Pitched an inning of scoreless relief against IPFW (March 25) ...
Senior (2011)... Named a co-captain for the 2011 season ... Appeared in two games on the mound for the Wolverines ... Did not pitch after Feb. 26 and earned a redshirt in 2011 ... Picked up lone loss against Illinois (April 11) while throwing 1.1 innings and giving up five runs, two of which were earned... Finished season with 16 strikeouts and 13 walks over 31.2 innings of work...
Freshman (2008) ... Appeared in 9 games while making 5 starts ... Posted a 2-0 record with a 4.91 ERA in 22.0 IP ... Longest outing of season came during his first start when he went 4.0 innings and gave up one run versus Eastern Michigan (4/16) ... Had team's fourth best batting average against at .244 ... One of four pitchers on team with a 1.000 winning percentage ... Gave up least amount of hits (20), doubles (3), runs (13), earned runs (13) and walks (9) than any other player on the team ... Allowed only one home run on the season ... Wolverines were 5-0 in his five starts.
