Erik Bakich earned his 100th career win as a head coach in the Air Force win. Bakich is now 100-127 in his fifth season as a head coach and 30-29 as Michigan's head coach.

Ben Ballantine picked up his seventh career win on the mound, allowing just one hit in seven innings of work. It was Ballantine's first outing since injury cut his 2013 season short on April 2.

• Michigan defeats Air Force in the first meeting between the two teams.

Jackson Lamb is now hitting .667 (4-for-6) with three doubles and four RBI. Lamb also has a 1.167 slugging percentage after his two-run double in the fifth inning.

Jackson Glines drove in a pair of runs in the win over Air Force. Glines now has three RBI on the season to go along with his .400 average.

• The Maize and Blue had two triples on the night. Jacob Cronenworth drove in a run with a triple in the first. Jackson Glines had a triple that plated two runs in the eighth.

• The game was delayed 20 minutes in the top of the 6th inning due to a power outage on Texas State's campus.
