• Michigan scored a run in the top of the first inning against Texas Tech on Sunday on a sac fly by senior RF Nick Urban. The Wolverines have scored at least one first-inning run in all four games this season.

• Senior/junior 2B Anthony Toth singled in the third inning to extend hit hitting streak to four games. Toth is the lone Wolverine with hits in all four games this season.

• Toth, who is hitting .368 (7-for-19), was 2-for-5 Sunday against Texas Tech, collecting his 21st career multi-hit game.

• Sophomore/freshman 3B Kevin Krantz collected his first hit and first run as a Wolverine with a single in the four-run ninth-inning rally at Texas Tech on Sunday.

• Veteran IF/OF Mike Kittle collected his first hit of the season with a single to ignite Michigan's four-run ninth inning rally Sunday at Texas Tech.
