• Senior captain CF Patrick Biondi, who is hitting .415 (22-for-53), was 2-for-4 with two singles, one run scored and a walk.

• Biondi has seven multi-hit games this season and 64 in his U-M career.

• Biondi's first-inning single extended his team-leading hitting streak to 20 games. He has hits in 31 of his last 33 games.

• Biondi scored one run, giving him 14 for the season to push his career total to 163 runs scored. He moved into a tie for eighth place on U-M's career runs scored list with Brock Koman (163 runs, 2000-2003) and snapped his tie for ninth place with Jim Paciorek (162 runs, 1979-82). Mike Watters (164 runs, 1983-85) is seventh and Bobby Scales (167 runs, 1996-99) is sixth.

• O'Neill, who leads the team with eight doubles, has 28 career doubles as a Wolverine.

• O'Neill's fifth-inning double extended his hitting streak to 17 games, including the final four games of 2012.

• Freshman SS/3B Travis Maezes, who is hitting .320 (16-for-50), was 2-for-5 with his first career triple, two RBI and one run scored.

• Maezes has a four-game hitting streak and four multi-hit games as a Wolverine.

• Sophomore LF/DH Kevin White, who is hitting .311 (14-for-45), was 2-for-4 with a double and one RBI.

• White has five multi-hit games this season and 12 in his 51 games as a Wolverine. White leads the team with three triples this season.

• Freshman 2B/RHP Jacob Cronenworth, who is hitting .304 (14-for-46), was 0-for-3 with a sac fly, snapping his personal season-best hitting streak at seven games. Cronenworth leads the team with 14 RBI.
