• Sophomore/freshman LHP Bobby Brosnahan has now won four consecutive starts and has a share of the team lead with a 4-3 record.

• Junior RHP Tyler Burgoon collected his team-leading fourth save of the season. It was the 13th save of his career, snapping a tie for fifth place on Michigan's all-time saves list with former teammate Michael Powers (12 saves, 2005-08). Tyler Steketee (1995-98) and Greg Everson (1985-87) are tied for third on the U-M career saves list with 15.

• Freshman CF Patrick Biondi collected his 19th stolen base of the season in the third inning. With 19 swipes Biondi has pulled into a four-way tie for 10th place on U-M's single season list with Bruce Fox (1955), Chris Sabo (1983) and Bill St. Peter (1987), and he ties Fox (19, 1955) for the U-M rookie record.

• Junior LF Ryan LaMarre posted his second three-hit game in as many days, extending his hitting streak to nine games. LaMarre has three of his 33 career multi-hit games this season.

• Senior C Chris Berset was 1-for-2, extending his career-best hitting streak to a current team-best 13 games.

• Sophomore DH Coley Crank first-inning infield grounder drove in the first run of the game and it proved to be his team-leading fourth game-winning RBI of the season. Crank has five career 'gamers.'

• Senior/junior 2B Anthony Toth was 2-for-4, giving him 12 multi-hit games this season and 31 in his U-M career.
