Junior co-captain CF/2B Patrick Biondi, who is hitting .315 (41-for-130), was 2-for-5 with a pair of infield singles and two stolen bases. Biondi has 12 multi-hit games this season and 51 for his U-M career.
Biondi, who leads the Wolverines with 21 stolen bases, collected career steals 76 and 77. Biondi ranks second on U-M's career stolen base list. The record is 90 stolen bases set by CF Eric Rose (2004-07).
Freshman SS Dylan Delaney, who is hitting .204 (23-for-113), was 2-for-3 with two singles and two walks. Delaney has five multi-hit games this season.
Junior/sophomore 2B/3B John DiLaura, who is hitting .329 (23-for-70), was 2-for-5 with a double.
DiLaura, who has four doubles this season and in his career, has eight multi-hit games this season and 12 for his career.
Freshman OF/DH Zach Zott, who is hitting .209 (9-for-43), was 1-for-3 with a triple and a HBP. Zott has two triples in the past three games.
Senior catcher/1B/DH Coley Crank, who is hitting .216 (25-for-116), was 1-for-4 with a double in the seventh inning to extend his current hitting streak to three games. Crank has had 13 of his 25 hits go for extra bases, with six doubles and seven home runs.
Crank has six doubles this season and 42 in 179 games in his U-M career.
