• Michigan played its longest game of the season in terms of innings played (12).

• Freshman Brett Adcock leads the team with five wins after striking out six Boilermakers in four innings of work.

• Sophomore Jacob Cronenworth picked up his 15th career save. Cronenworth is now tied for fourth place on Michigan's career saves list with Tyler Steketee (1995-98) and Greg Everson (1985-87).

• Junior Jackson Glines recorded his 14th multi-hit game of the season, going 3-for-6.

• Glines has reached base in 12 straight contests.

• Sophomore Travis Maezes has now reached base in 11 straight games but had his 10-game hitting streak snapped.

• Freshman Carmen Benedetti now has four multi-RBI performances. Benedetti has eight hits in his last three contests.

• Michigan has won four of its last five games against Purdue. It is U-M's first-ever game against the Boilermakers at Alexander Field.
