• Sophomore 1B Brett Winger, who is hitting .293 (55-for-188), was 2-for-4 with a double. The double was Winger's eighth of the season and the 11th of his U-M career.

• Winger has 15 multi-hit games this season and he has 19 in 78 games in his U-M career.

• Sophomore RF Michael O'Neill, who is hitting .322 (49-for-152), was 2-for-5 with two singles. O'Neill has 15 multi-hit games this season and he has 31 career multi-hit games in 92 games.

• Freshman LF/C Kevin White, who is hitting .232 (23-for-99), was 2-for-3 with two singles. White, who has hits in 12 of his last 14 games, has seven multi-hit games as a Wolverine.

• Freshman OF/DH Zach Zott, who is hitting .217 (18-for-83), was 2-for-2 with a pinch-hit single, a run-scoring double and a run scored. Zott has five multi-hit games this season.

• Junior co-captain CF Patrick Biondi, who is hitting .309 (63-for-204), was 1-for-5 with a run-scoring single. He has hits in 15 of his last 17 games.

• Senior DH Coley Crank, who is hitting .254 (46-for-181), was 0-for-2 with two walks, a hit-by-pitch and three runs scored. Crank is second on the team with 37 runs scored and has scored 124 times in 198 games in his U-M career.
