• Senior/junior 2B Anthony Toth's third-inning sac fly snapped a 1-1 tie and proved to be his fifth game-winning RBI this season and the sixth of his U-M career. Toth shares the team lead with his five 'gamers' this season with Crank and junior OF Ryan LaMarre.

• Fifth-year senior RF Nick Urban was 2-for-4 with a triple for his 12th multi-hit game this season and 24th of his career.

• Junior RHP Tyler Burgoon (6-4, 3.50 ERA, 10 saves) worked two scoreless innings to collect his U-M single-season record-tying 10th save of the season. Burgoon's 10 saves pull him into a tie for first on U-M's single-season saves list with Todd Marion (1992) and Tyler Steketee (1997).
