• Michigan earns its 30th win of the season. It is Michigan's first 30-win season since 2010.

• Michigan is now 45-33 all-time in the Big Ten Tournament and 6-2 against Iowa.

Evan Hill sets a career high with eight strikeouts. Hill also lowered his ERA to 3.24 and now has 63 strikeouts in 89 innings pitched.

Travis Maezes became the fourth player in TD Ameritrade Park history to have two triples in a game. Maezes also is the U-M first player to accomplish the feat since Will Drake did it against Chicago State on March 3, 2012.

• Maezes had his fourth three-hit game of the season. Maezes is now hitting .300 on the season.

• Maezes is hitting .417 (5-for-12) in the Big Ten Tournament with five RBI and three extra-base hits.

Carmen Benedetti hit his second career home run. Benedetti also homered on April 29 against Oakland.
