ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Due to the weather forecast for Ann Arbor this weekend, the University of Michigan baseball team's Big Ten Conference-opening series with Minnesota will have earlier start times on Friday (March 29), and Sunday's game has been moved to Saturday (March 30), creating a noon doubleheader at the Wilpon Complex, home of Ray Fisher Stadium.
Friday's game will start at 3:05 p.m. instead of the scheduled 6:05 p.m. first pitch. Saturday's game was originally moved up three hours to 1:05 p.m.; however, the teams will no longer play Sunday (March 31), instead playing twinbill Saturday.
Michigan hosted in-state foe Western Michigan Wednesday (March 26) at 4:05 p.m. in its first appearance at the Wilpon Complex this season.
