ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan baseball team will face Seton Hall on Tuesday afternoon (May 14) at 3 p.m. at Citi Field in Flushing N.Y., home of the New York Mets. The game is a make up for the Tuesday, March 26, rainout against Yale at the Mets' home.
This will be the second game the Maize and Blue will play in a Major League ballpark. The Wolverines faced Northwestern at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, on Saturday, April 20. The Big Ten Tournament will be played at Target Field, home of the Minnesota Twins, from May 22-26.
Michigan is set to face Seton Hall for the second time in school history and the second time in as many years. U-M defeated the Pirates 2-1 at the Big Ten/Big East Challenge in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Feb. 18, 2012.
Michigan opens a three-game Big Ten series with Purdue Friday night (May 10) at 6:05 p.m. at the Wilpon Complex, home of Ray Fisher Stadium.
