With today's 70-48 victory over the Stags, the Wolverines improve to 9-1 at Crisler Arena. Michigan currently holds a 10-5 overall record, including four straight victories.

Michigan's 70-48 victory over Fairfield is extends the Wolverines winning streak against the Stags to three. The Wolverines won both previous games with an 88-59 decision at Crisler Arena (Nov. 20, 2001) and a 66-43 decision at Madison Square Garden (Jan. 3, 2004).

Michigan is 5-1 all-time against Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference teams. U-M has played against Fairfield (3-0) and Manhattan (2-1).

The Wolverines connected on a season best nine three-pointers against the Stags. The Wolverines connected on seven triples at UCLA (Dec. 18) and at Iowa (Jan. 5).

J.C. Mathis set a new season high, with eight points against Fairfield. Mathis entered the game with six points this season and now stands with 14 points on the year.

With four steals against the Stags, Daniel Horton ranks ninth in career steals for the Wolverines, with 119 career take-aways. Horton passed Mike McGee (1977-81) and Jalen Rose (1991-1994).

Daniel Horton's nine points against Fairfield left the junior point guard just 24 points away from becoming the 39th player in Wolverine history to reach 1,000 points. Horton currently holds 976 career tallies.

Dani Wohl saw his first action since injuring his left elbow on Dec. 9. Wohl played five minutes in the Wolverines' victory.

John Andrews tied a a career high with four rebounds against Fairfield. It marks the fourth time Andrews has pulled down four rebounds in his career.

Dion Harris connected on five of eight shots form three-point range to lead the Wolverines with 20 points. For Harris, it was the fourth 20-point performance of his career.

Dion Harris record one steal tonight to reach the 50-steal mark in his career. Harris is averaging one steal per game in his young career.

Dion Harris has not missed a game in his Wolverine career. With his start against Fairfield, Harris has played in 49 consecutive games for Michigan with 26 starts.

Dion Harris recorded a career-high six rebounds against Fairfield. It topped the five he had two other times in his career.

With his start against Fairfield, Courtney Sims has played in 49 consecutive games for the Wolverines. Sims has never missed a contest in his Michigan career, starting 48 of 49 games.

Courtney Sims's three blocks against the Stags gives him 92 career blocks and places him ninth on the Wolverine career-blocks list.

Brent Petway collected the 200th rebound of his career with 9:33 remaining in the first half. Petway finished the game with seven rebounds and now has 205 boards in his career.

Brent Petway's 36 minutes against Fairfield set a new career high. Petway played 29-minutes against Arizona (Nov. 24) in Madison Square Garden.

Ronald Coleman set a career high with 18 points in Michigan's win over Fairfield, including 15 in the first half. His previous high was 17 points scored against UNC-Asheville (Dec. 31).

Ronald Coleman's three-pointer at 8:33 in the first half put Coleman over the 100-point career mark. The freshman finished with a career-high 18 points, totaling 110 career points.
