Sophomore guard Josh Bartelstein will give an inside look all season at the 2010-11 version of the Wolverines.

What's up everyone! It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine these days!

Anytime you win four out of five in the Big Ten, you know you are doing something right. I love the way our team is playing -- everyone is making the extra pass and everyone is playing total team basketball. It helps too when Jordan Morgan finishes like Dwight Howard down low. Did you see his performance against Northwestern? He just keeps getting better and better, but what many don't realize his best play of that game came on the defensive end -- that is how we need to keep playing.

We all know our offense can play with almost anyone, but when we play great team defense we know we can play with anyone. Northwestern has such a unique offense, that it took a great couple days of practice to get prepared. Coach Jordan did a really good job with the scouting report and we changed some things up from the last time we played them. It worked really well in the first half, and then in the second it was an offensive battle. I'm just happy we won!

Now we go into another big game against Indiana, who beat us in Bloomington in mid-January. We all want payback on the Hoosiers and I know we will be ready. They present different challenges that we will work on in practice tomorrow and implement Saturday afternoon. We need all our Wolverine fans to be in attendance Saturday, it is that time of the year where you make that NCAA tournament run.

Switching gears...

Thankfully the Packers won the Super Bowl!!

I was cheering for the Steelers and Rashard Mendenhall, but as the game went on, I realized for my safety it was very important the Packers won. (Zack) Novak was close to breaking the TV after every dropped pass and at that point I took cover after every play. I knew I had to re-think my allegiance.

He was rocking his Rodgers jersey and as soon as the game ended, he ordered the Super Bowl hat and shirt. He couldn't stop smiling and I figured after all he went through this year with his childhood idol in Brett Favre, he could use a big win like this.

That's the kind of roommate I am. Make no mistake, if the Steelers had won, I would not be able to write this blog right now.

With that I have to go study for a test, but next time I'll write an extra long blog.

Keep sending in your questions to askjbart20@gmail.com.

See you on Saturday.
