ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's basketball team will hold its 45th annual postseason awards ceremony, a "Celebration of Michigan Basketball," on Sunday, April 9, at Crisler Arena.
The celebration will include a social reception with the team featuring heavy hors d'oeuvres from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., an exemplary silent auction, autograph opportunities, the postseason awards ceremony hosted by master of ceremonies and Michigan play-by-play broadcaster Matt Shepard, speeches by the team's seniors and a season highlight video.
Tickets for the Celebration will be $40, and include general floor seating for awards ceremony, social hour with team and silent auction access. Fans that purchase tickets will be allowed to enter through the Crisler Arena tunnel entrance.
The concourse level of Crisler Arena will be open to the public at no charge, beginning at 5:45 p.m., for people wishing to see the awards program and season highlight video portion of the evening only. Admission to the concourse level does not include access to the hors d'oeuvres reception, silent auction, player and coaches meet-and-greet, nor does it give access to the floor of Crisler Arena. No pre-registration for this portion of the evening is required.
