ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- University of Michigan sophomore guard Trey Burke (Columbus, Ohio/Northland HS) was announced today (Monday, March 4) as one of 14 finalist for the 2013 Oscar Robertson National Player of the Year trophy presented by Aflac and the United States Basketball Writers Association (USWBA).

He is averaging career bests for points (18.9), assists (6.93), field goal percentage (49.5), three-point field goal percentage (38.5), free throw percentage (79.5) and steals (1.55). Burke has scored in double figures in all 29 games this season, including 10 20-plus point games.
