ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's basketball team will hold an open practice to the public prior to Saturday's football game between No. 3 U-M and 20th-ranked Notre Dame. The 2005-06 Wolverine team will take the floor at 9 a.m. and scrimmage until approximately 11 a.m.
All fans attending will be allowed to enter through the Crisler Arena tunnel entrance.
The Wolverines return all five starters and 12 roster players from a year ago including senior captains Lester Abram, Graham Brown, Sherrod Harrell and Chris Hunter. In addition, fans will also welcome four newcomers to the squad -- Phillip DeVries, Kendric Price, Jevohn Shepherd and Jerret Smith.
The Wolverines and Fighting Irish will renew their football rivalry starting at noon EDT in an ABC Sports national telecast.
