ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's basketball team will play four non-conference regular-season games on the Big Ten Digital Network (BTDN) and three more on the Big Ten Network (BTN) following today's (Thursday, Oct. 3) announcement by the Big Ten Conference. Overall, the Wolverines will be featured 14 times on the conference's family of networks.
Michigan will open its non-conference slate with four straight contests on BTDN. U-M will have its exhibition games against Concordia on Oct. 29 and Wayne State on Nov. 4, as well as the regular-season opener against UMass-Lowell on Nov. 8, and contest against South Carolina State on Nov. 12 on the digital network. Games against Coppin State on Nov. 29, Houston Baptist on Dec. 7 and Holy Cross on Dec. 28 round out U-M's BTN non-conference schedule.
In total, the Wolverines 14-game non-conference season, including two exhibitions, features six home dates including Arizona, a road game at Iowa State, an appearance in the Puerto Rico Tip-Off, a Big Ten/ACC Challenge game at Duke and a return trip to Brooklyn's Barclays Center to face Stanford.
