ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan's BTN Student U production group will make history on Monday, Nov. 4, during the men's basketball exhibition game against Wayne State at Crisler Center. This will be the BTN's first-ever live Student U telecast on the linear TV network.

The BTN Student U team at Michigan is led by executive producer Terry Kelly, who is a senior with a dual major in screen arts and cultures and communications. Kelly will be directing the game alongside producer Jay Sarkar. Ryan Krasnoo will handle play-by-play duties, and Glenn Miller will provide analysis.

"The student-run Student U program at Michigan has been producing great events for the past year and a half," said Michael Calderon, the BTN's Vice President of Programming and Digital Media. "We have decided to provide them with this opportunity for a live production on BTN. This will be a tremendous experience for all of the students involved in the production of this game."

Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. on the BTN. The game will be also available on BTN2Go.
