ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Former University of Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson (Deerfield Beach, Fla./Deerfield Beach) has been named by EA Sports as a finalist for the NCAA Football Cover Vote.
Robinson led the semifinal voting round with more than 60,000 votes and is just one of two finalists left. The winner, selected by a vote of fans on Facebook, will grace the cover of the popular video game, EA Sports' NCAA Football 14.
Fans can vote for Robinson at MGoBlue.com/VoteDenard.
The final round of voting is now open and will continue through Friday, March 8, when EA Sports announces its cover champion. The final round of voting begins with a clean slate, as voting from the three previous rounds will not count towards a player's final voting total. Fans only may vote once per round.
Robinson is Michigan's all-time leader in total yards (10,745) and touchdowns (91). In his final game against South Carolina in the Outback Bowl, Robinson set the NCAA career record for rushing yards by a quarterback with 4,495.
Texas A&M's Ryan Swope is the other finalist in the competition.
