ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan football strength and conditioning staff will host a strength and conditioning clinic at Schembechler Hall on Saturday, April 20. Participants may register at MichiganCoachesClinic.com.
In addition to members of the Michigan strength staff, led by Michigan football director of strength and conditioning Aaron Wellman, the clinic will feature several other speakers including nutritionists and strength coaches from the high school, collegiate and professional level. Closing the program is head strength coach of the Buffalo Bills, Eric Ciano.
"We're excited about the clinic and for the opportunity to gather as coaches, share ideas and develop ourselves as professionals to ultimately serve our student-athletes," said Wellman.
Along with strength coaches and nutritionists, physical therapists and athletic trainers also are encouraged to attend. The clinic costs $50 per participant and registration is open until April 13. A complete schedule with speakers is available on the site.
