PARK RIDGE, Ill. -- The Big Ten Conference announced this afternoon (Thursday, May 30) that the Indiana University at University of Michigan football game has been selected for broadcast by the Big Ten Network (BTN) starting at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Hoosiers will travel to Michigan Stadium for the 35th time this October.
Indiana returns to the Michigan schedule for the first time since 2010 and will be making its first appearance at the Big House since Sept. 21, 2009. The Wolverines have won 17 straight games against the Hoosiers and have claimed victories in 32 of the last 33 contests played between the two schools; the only setback during that stretch was a 14-10 loss at IU during the 1987 season.
The Wolverines have compiled a 29-5 record against the Hoosiers at Michigan Stadium and are 35-7 all-time in Ann Arbor. U-M has won 16 straight home games against IU dating back to 1967.
The game times and TV networks have been set for four football games this fall, including three Big Ten Conference matchups.
