2007 U-M Football Schedule

PARK RIDGE, Ill. -- The University of Michigan football team's 2007 season-opening game against Appalachian State will be aired on the Big Ten Network, which is scheduled to launch in late August, the conference office announced Tuesday (June 19). The Sept. 1 contest against the Mountaineers will kick off at noon EDT in Michigan Stadium.

This will be the first-ever meeting between Michigan and Appalachian State. The Wolverines have compiled a 106-18-3 overall record in season openers, including a 90-13-2 mark at the Big House (16-5-1 on the road).

Game times have been set for five of U-M's 12 games, and television arrangements have been determined for three contests. Game times and TV arrangements for U-M's remaining games will be determined by the networks six or 12 days prior to the game.
