ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The family of Bo Schembechler and the University of Michigan Athletic Department invite all Michigan fans to a Celebration of Bo's Life on Tuesday (Nov. 21) at Michigan Stadium. The public event honoring Bo will begin at 1 p.m. EST.

All the gates of Michigan Stadium will be open for public entrance at 11 a.m. Pioneer High School and the University will have the Blue West, Green and Buffalo lots open for public parking. [ Parking Map (PDF: 1 page, 997 KB) ]

The celebration will also be broadcast on two local sports radio stations -- 1270 WXYT The Sports Station (Detroit) and Sports Talk 1050 WTKA (Ann Arbor) -- and live video will be available through MGoBlue.com. [ Live Video Link ] The video also will be archived for playback on demand.

The family will have a public viewing at St. Andrews Episcopal Church tomorrow (Sunday, Nov. 19) from noon to 3 p.m. The church is located at 306 N. Division, Ann Arbor. The family will hold a private funeral service.
