ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's lacrosse coaching staff will conduct a variety of summer camps beginning with the Wolverine War Team Camp (July 19-20), two Top Prospect camp sessions (July 21-22; July 23-24) and several Instructional Position sessions (July 26-29; July 29-Aug. 1).
The team camp is open for teams and individual players in grades 6-12, with the cost ranging from $1,200 to $1,700 per team, while "free agents" are $250 per camper. The Top Prospect camp sessions are $399 and are reserved for 2017s, 2018s and 2019s.
The Instructional Position camps are for boys ages 12-18, with the cost ranging from $635 for a residential camper to $520 for a commuter camper. The Instructional Position camps are the only camp where housing is provided.
The Wolverine War Team Camp provides campers with a chance to showcase their abilities to top college coaches, while playing with members of their high school, middle school or club program.
The Top Prospect camps allow campers the opportunity to compete with some of the best 17s, 18s and 19s from the around the country in front of the Michigan Lacrosse coaching staff.
The Positional Camps feature individualized instruction for attack, midfield, defense, faceoff and goalies, while fundamentals are stressed, along with the teaching of advanced techniques specialized to the University of Michigan lacrosse camps.
