ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- The University of Michigan men's lacrosse team has volunteer and possibly paid student manager opportunities currently available for the 2012-13 season. Interested individuals must be currently enrolled at U-M as full-time students. Duties include (but are not limited to) assisting the team's director of operations with the preparation of and running of practices and games. Candidates should be detail-oriented, attentive and efficient workers. Knowledge of lacrosse is preferred but not necessary. Student managers also travel with the team for road games free of cost.
In addition to manager duties, positions are available for game-day statistical duties, in which volunteers will assist the statistical arm of the game with various duties. Knowledge of lacrosse for the positions is preferred.
