COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The No. 2-ranked University of Michigan men's swimming and diving team will send 13 swimmers and all five relay teams to the NCAA Championships following the release of the official NCAA psych sheet on Wednesday (March 12). The Wolverines are looking to capture back-to-back national championships at this year's meet, which is scheduled for March 27-29 at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center in Austin, Texas.

Only three other teams will send more swimmers to the NCAA Championships: California and Texas (16) and Florida (14). In its history, Michigan has won 19 national championships, the most of any college swimming and diving program -- 12 at the NCAA level and an additional seven before the NCAA officially sanctioned the sport in 1937. The Wolverines have received top-10 finishes in 13 consecutive seasons at the NCAA Championships, winning a total of 163 national individual or relay titles in program history.

All 13 men were a part of last year's national championship-winning team.
