• Junior tri-captain Craig Forys took 11th place in the 5,000-meter run championship with a season-best time of 14:14.96. Senior Brandon Fellows came in 25th place (14:35.15).
• In the other running of the 5,000-meter, senior Peter Christmas took 24th place (14:50.91).
• The last event of the night was the 10,000-meter run, with both of U-M's runners scoring top-10 finishes. Redshirt freshman Bobby Aprill finished in fifth place (29:45.88), with fifth-year senior Tony Nalli coming in eighth place (30:14.75). Both earned season-best marks.
• Fifth-year senior Lex Williams, the nation's leader in the 10,000-meter run, did not run on Thursday. He will run a leg of the distance medley relay on Friday (April 23) and in the mile relay on Saturday (April 24).
