• Academic All-Big Ten; NWCA All-Academic Team
• U-M Athletic Academic Achievement Award
• NCAA All-American, 174 pounds
• Claimed fourth place at the NCAA Championships (March 17-19) with a 5-2 record
• Avenged a dual-meet loss with a 9-4 decision against Lehigh's #6 Ryan Preisch in the NCAA Round of 12; also earned wins against North Carolina's #7 Ethan Ramos (6-4) and Cornell's #2 Brian Realbuto (fall, 4:16)
• Placed third at the Big Ten Championships (March 4-5) with a 4-1 record
• Avenged a dual loss to Illinois' #11 Zach Brunson with a 19-4 technical fall in Big Ten medal match; also defeated Iowa's #10 Alex Meyer, 11-6, in the quarterfinals
