"Varsity" level - $50 for one year
"Scholarship" level - $150 for four years
"All-American" (Lifetime) level - $800 for life

Note: All-American members receive a club polo shirt. Established and long-standing Lifetime members who make an additional contribution of $250 or more moving to the "All-American" level will also receive a club polo shirt.
