• For the second time this season, U-M used the starting lineup of Paige Rakers, Siera Thompson, Cyesha Goree, Val Driscoll and Nicole Elmblad.

• Nebraska leads the all-time series with Michigan, 8-1. In Big Ten play, Nebraska leads 2-1.

• With two three-pointers, Siera Thompson moved her season total to 50, setting a new Michigan freshman record. The previous mark of 49 was held by Amy Johnson (1993-94). She is just the eighth Wolverine to hit at least 50 in a season.

• There was not a foul called on either team until the 8:26 mark of the first half.

• Michigan trailed at the half for just the fourth time this season.

Danielle Williams played for the first time since Jan. 9 against Wisconsin.

• The Wolverines move to 6-1 in true road games this season.

Nicole Elmblad scored 16 points, her 15th game with at least 10 points this season.

Siera Thompson scored 12 points, marking her 18th game in double figures.

Val Driscoll recorded two blocks, her 13th game this season with at least two blocks.

• It is only the second time Michigan has allowed an opponent to score more than 80 points (Notre Dame).

Shannon Smith hit two three-pointers, her first game with multiple treys since Nov. 18 at Western Michigan.

• The Wolverines were outrebounded for just the third time this season, falling to 0-3 in those games.
