• Michigan used the starting lineup of Val Driscoll, Cyesha Goree, Nicole Elmblad, Siera Thompson and Shannon Smith for the 10th time. The group is 7-3 as a starting unit.

• Sophomore Kelsey Mitchell dressed for the first time in her career. She missed last season with a knee injury and had been out with a broken foot this season.

Siera Thompson hit five three-pointers to tie a career high, her 23rd consecutive game with at least one three-pointer. It was her 10th game with at least three three-pointers.

Siera Thompson has 58 three-pointers on the season, putting her at No. 5 on the single-season list.

• Michigan is 15-2 when leading at the half.

• The Wolverines are now 7-1 in true road contests this season.

• Michigan has won eight in a row over Northwestern, but the Wildcats still lead the series against U-M, 37-30.

Siera Thompson's 25 points mark the first 20-point game by a Wolverine since she scored 20 against Alcorn State on Dec. 28.

• Michigan shot 50.9 percent from the floor, its first time over 50 percent since shooting 52.5 percent against Southern on Dec. 20.

Cyesha Goree's 16 points are her highest total in Big Ten play.

• U-M is now 15-5 when outebounding an opponent.

Val Driscoll recorded two blocks, her 12th straight game with at least two blocks.

• The Wolverines are 11-2 when scoring at least 70 points this season.

Nicole Elmblad scored 13 points, her 16th double-figure scoring game this season.
