• Michigan used the starting lineup of Nya Jordan, Rachel Sheffer, Jenny Ryan, Nicole Elmblad and Kate Thompson for the 21st consecutive game.

Kate Thompson recorded her seventh 20-point scoring game of the season, ending with a career-best 25 points.

Kate Thompson hit five three-pointers, recording her 11th game this season with at least five. She now has 101 in her career, becoming just the fourth player in Big Ten history to hit at least 100 in a season.

Nya Jordan scored in double figures for the sixth straight game, the longest streak of her career. She also recorded her sixth double-double of the season.

• For the third time this season, Michigan wore its maize and pink uniforms. U-M is 1-2 in the uniforms.

Nya Jordan played all 40 minutes for the first time in her career. She tied a career-high with three steals.

Jenny Ryan played all 40 minutes for the 10th time this season. She finished with nine assists, tying a season high.

• Penn State leads the all-time series against Michigan, 30-9.

Rachel Sheffer scored at least 10 points for the 16th time this season.
