Recap |  Box Score

• Tonight's game was the third meeting between these teams in the past four years with the Aggies owning a 3-0 series advantage. Texas A&M is the most common non-conference opponent in the Kevin Borseth era.

• Michigan extends its three-point shooting streak to 134 consecutive games with three three-pointers tonight. The last time U-M failed to hit at least one three-pointer was during the 2005-06 season. Ironically, the last time U-M only hit one three-pointer was against Texas A&M in 2007-08.

• U-M's nine-game double-figure assist streak ended tonight as the Wolverine only posted eight assists. The streak went back to last season. U-M's eight assists are the fewest all season.

• Michigan had one player in double figures off the bench in Kate Thompson with a team-best 12 points. This was the third game this season U-M had a player lead them in scoring off the bench and is the second time Thompson has led U-M off the bench.

• U-M moves to 11-35 when allowing opponents to score more than 60 points. U-M has allowed three opponents to score more than 60 points (Texas A&M, Xavier and Marquette); each of those games was a U-M loss.

• Michigan moves to 0-2 this season against opponents ranked in the top 25. Michigan will take on four more teams currently ranked in the top 25.

• Michigan head coach Kevin Borseth is six wins away from his 500th NCAA victory, which includes Division I and Division II wins. Borseth has also coached at the community college level.
