The ninth-ranked University of Michigan women's gymnastics team (10-5, 4-1 Big Ten) wraps its regular season against No. 7 Georgia (9-4) on Saturday (March 12) at 4 p.m. in Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Ga. Georgia is coming off a tri-meet win at defending national champion UCLA, posting a 196.175 in the win. Michigan is fresh off a 196.325 performance against No. 3 Alabama, coming one stuck performance away from a 197.000-plus total.
Michigan has never beaten Georgia in Athens, posting a 0-15 record against the Gym Dogs. Georgia leads the all-time series 23-3; the Wolverines defeated the Gym Dogs in 2002, 2008 and 2010.

On April 2, Michigan will host the 2011 NCAA Northeast Regional Women's Gymnastics Championships at Crisler Arena,welcoming five of the top teams in the nation in a meet that will set the field for the NCAA Championships. In the past, Michigan has welcomed teams like Florida, Arkansas, Utah, Auburn, Arizona State, Stanford, Alabama and LSU to Crisler Arena for regional championships. Big Ten Championships Less Than Two Weeks Away
On Saturday (March 19), Michigan competes at the Big Ten Championships at 2 p.m. in the Sports Pavilion in Minneapolis, Minn. The Wolverines are four-time defending Big Ten champions, winning 11 of the last 12 championships. This year's field might be the best ever with six programs in the top 20 in the nation, more than the SEC (four), the Pac 10 (four) or the Big 12 (two). Tickets are available on the Minnesota Golden Gopher web site.
- Kylee has captured 25 individual titles this season (out of a possible 50) -- winning nine crowns in the all-around, five titles each on vault and balance beam, five titles on floor and one award on bars.
- Kylee has earned her way onto the podium (placing first, second or third) on 44 of 50 events (including the all-around) this season.
- Kylee ranks nationally among the top 16 gymnasts on all four events and the all-around (second in the all-around, second on vault, 22th on uneven bars, 14th on balance beam and ninth on floor exercise).
Trish Wilson on the Bars
Senior Trish Wilson won her second uneven bars title this season after scoring a 9.900 against No. 3 Alabama last week. Wilson returned from her fourth ACL surgery this year, competing in five meets and winning the uneven bars title twice. Wilson has six uneven bars titles in her collegiate career including the 2009 Big Ten bars title.
