• U-M has scored 10-plus runs seven times, including four of its last five games.

• Michigan is now 14-3 when collecting 10 or more hits.

• The Maize and Blue is 11-0 in run-rule decisions.

• The Wolverines tied a season high with four doubles (previous at UCLA on March 4).

• With eight K's on the night, Megan Betsa now has four games of eight-plus strikeouts: Feb. 15 vs. Central Arkansas (13), Feb. 23 vs. Florida Atlantic (11) and March 4 at UCLA (nine).

• Betsa's previous low for hits allowed was one against Central Arkansas (Feb. 15).

• In bases loaded situations, Sierra Lawrence is now batting 6-for-8 (.750) with 16 RBI.

• Lawrence now has 11 multi-RBI games, second most on the team.

Caitlin Blanchard started at catcher for the first time since Feb. 14 at Louisiana Lafayette.

Nicole Sappingfield and Sierra Romero each collected their 15th multi-hit games of the season.

Sierra Romero now has six career grand slams, which gives her the second most in U-M history (Samantha Findlay, seven).

• Romero now has 13 multi-RBI games, tops on the team.

•Kelsey Susalla set a career high with three hits. She also collected her third multi-hit game of the season.

Mary Sbonek had her first career at-bat in the fourth inning.
