Lauren Sweet batted 3-for-4 and collected her fifth multi-hit game of the season. It marked the first time she recorded three hits in a game.

• Sweet collected her seventh multi-RBI game of the season, tied for fourth-most on the team.

• Sweet is now batting .444 (20-for-45) during Big Ten play. Her 25 RBI during conference play are the second-most on the team.

Sierra Romero extended her team-leading reached-base streak to 27 games with a walk in the seventh inning.

Caitlin Blanchard extended her reached-base streak to 20 games.

Brandi Virgil pinch ran in the third inning, and Mary Sbonek entered the game as a pinch runner in the fourth inning.
