Ashley Lane tied a career high with her 60th hit of the season.

• Lane set a new career best by reaching base in her 19th consecutive game.

Sierra Romero took sole possession of fifth place on U-M's single season RBI list with her 64th of the season.

• Romero has now reached base in 30 consecutive games.

• Romero enters a four-way tie for most RBI in a single Big Ten season (33).

Sara Driesenga doubled in the fifth inning, her first double since March 23 vs. Purdue.

• Driesenga's eight strike outs marked a single-game high for her in conference play. Her previous high this season was 10 against James Madison on March 2.

• The crowd of 1,821 was the largest at Alumni Field this season.

• Michigan improves its record to 6-5 in one run games.

Mary Sbonek entered the game as a pinch runner in the sixth inning, the 16th time she has seen game action.

Kelsey Susalla went 0-for-1 as a pinch hitter. She is now batting .500 (8-for-16) in a pinch hitting role.

• Michigan played its fourth straight errorless game, extending a season best mark.

• Today's game was Michigan's "Pink Game." The players donned pink jerseys to call for more funding and outreach on breast cancer research. Nine breast cancer survivors walked out to each position with the U-M starters before the game.
