Sara Driesenga hit her fourth home run of the year and first since March 29 at Penn State.

• Driesenga's home run came as the leadoff hitter in the fifth inning, the eighth time a U-M hitter has led off an inning with a homer.

Kelsey Susalla knocked in her 11th run as a pinch hitter this season.

• Susalla is now batting .500 (8-for-16) as a pinch hitter.

Caitlin Blanchard hit her 13th double, a team best. Blanchard has now doubled in four consecutive games.

Jaclyn Crummey pinch ran in the fifth inning and scored her 23rd run of the season.

Brandi Virgil pinch ran in the fifth inning, entering her 35th game of the season which is a new single season best.

Lyndsay Doyle had two hits, the 14th game she has collected multiple hits.

Nicole Sappingfield picked up her second outfield assist of the season when she doubled off a runner at first that did not tag up in time.

• The double play Sappingfield initiated was the 16th of the season for U-M and the second that involved an outfielder.

• Michigan is now 32-5 all-time vs. Wisconsin. The loss snapped a 20-game win streak against the Badgers dating back to 2002. Michigan is now 1-1 against Wisconsin in Big Ten Tournament games.

• U-M is now 34-13 in Big Ten Tournament history.
