U-M's previous run high in the Super Regionals was 11, in an 11-2 win over Washington on May 28, 2005.

Nicole Sappingfield recorded her first assist of the season by throwing out a runner at home in the first.
Sappingfield hit her 10th double of the season, giving her 12 extra-base hits in 2014. She had 12 extra-base hits total in her first three seasons.
Sierra Lawrence tallied her 19th multi-RBI game and 14th multi-hit game of the season.
Lawrence tied a career and season high with three hits. She has accomplished this five times in 2014 (last: May 18 at Arizona State) and seven times in her career.
Lauren Sweet collected her 12th multi-hit game of the season and her ninth multi-RBI game.
Sweet had three hits on the night, giving her a new season high. Her four RBI tied her season best (Ohio State, April 6).
Kelly Christner knocked in a run as a pinch hitter, her first RBI in that role this year.
Sierra Romero had her 28th multi-hit game and 22nd multi-RBI game of this season, both lead the team.
Romero built on her U-M single-season run record by scoring three more and now has 74 on the season.
Caitlin Blanchard picked up her 17th multi-hit game and 13th multi-RBI game of the year.
Taylor Hasselbach had two hits, giving her 10 multi-hit games on the year.
